Ben Peterson is an account executive for Peterson Genetics where he covers Iowa, Nebraska and Kansas. He has worked with the company for nine years and focuses on working with customers to achieve the best possible soybean lineup. His favorite parts of the job include scouting for diseases like White Mold and SDS, taking visual notes, analyzing yield data and working with his customers. He looks forward to continuing to help bring additional yield to the table in the soybean world!
Along with Peterson Genetics, Ben is involved with the ASTA CSS Program Planning Committee and is also co-owner of The Happy Hippo Car Wash in Cedar Falls, IA.
Currently Ben lives in Cedar Falls with his wife Erica and daughter Zoey. He enjoys spending time with family, following his favorite sports teams, casting a fishing line whenever possible, and of course, looking at soybeans!
